Need help asap

I have a black provari mini 2.5 purchased in july 2013. it was working just fine last night but this morning its not working at all. im getting no error codes no lights no nothing. I have cleaned the contacts tried different batteries but have got nothing. the only light that shows up is when im screwing in the endcap after putting a battery in the button flashes once. im using the correct batteries also.

that was my first thought. but I have tried to press the button 5 times to get to the menu and it still does nothing.

Have you tried stretching the spring on the end cap it may not be making contact with the battery

Yes and no luck

Nope. Even if the led was off it would still fire or the menu would come up when pressed 5 times.

That is true, just trying to troubleshoot...........
contact Provape or maybe Ken will see this ?
I know you sd tried different batteries, could you have mixed up battery rotation? Check your batteries with meter for charge?
I have been guilty of everything possible

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I was ready to send it back for repair, then discovered that although I clean my device every week, I was neglecting to clean the batteries! Once I did that I was up and running again.

Unfortunately I have tried cleaning the batteries also. And batteries are fully charged. Reading 4.2 and 4.1 on my xstar

If you've cleaned the connector, the internal pin, the male & female threads on the battery cap & the battery itself... and you've tried stretching the spring & making sure you're using a good atty, all you can do is email ProVape.

It sucks. I'd make sure I was able to go through that list twice, checking each one of them off & making sure I told ProVape in the first email everything that was tried. It'll save time having to swap a couple emails back and forth before they get you an RMA ticket. On the bright side, at least you're under warranty.

A situation like this was why I bought my 2nd Provari. Stuff happens.

Provari is 5 times. But none the less ive tried pressing it like 20 times.

It takes 9 button presses to get to the power On / Off menu option, but, the screen will show menu options even when power is set to off by pressing the button the appropriate amount of times.
Non functioning led screen/Provari = contact Provape.
