Need help assembling cigarette

I have recently switched to E Cigarettes a few months ago. Much like everyone says, I started out small and have been building onto my cigarette using new parts. I recently bought a bauway 510 low rez atty which came with a drip tip. My problem is, the metal cylinder that surrounds my other attys and allows me to slide the tips on and off isn't on this atomizer. Am I missing a part? If so, could someone maybe give me a name for the part.

If that metal cylinder isn't there, then maybe you got a 306 atomizer by accident. Is the metal bridge exposed? If this is the case, then a 306 drip tip is what you need. It slides down over the atomizer rather than sliding inside the cylinder like your other attys.

If it looks like this pic than you probably have a 306 instead of a 510.

If the atomizer is exposed, you probably have a 306 LR atty not a 510.
If this is the case, you need to order a 306 drip tip.

This must be the case since we all think the same.....drip tips are inexpensive. You'll have to nab one for that atomizer if yours looks like the picture above.

My fav 306 drip tip is the cannon from IKV. It's long enough to keep your lips away from the heat and you can see how much juice you have in it.

Thanks. Looks like i got the wrong one. I'll be picking up a new drip tip asap. There isn't going to be any other issues using a 306 atty on a ejoy xl battery will there?

If you could be a bit more specific what hardware you're using it would be better, but as a general rule dripping on an auto batt is not a good thing because juice WILL eventually get into the vacuum switch hole in the batt and possibly short it. Some batts don't play well with LR. Just remember YMMV. I've never had a problem with LR but I have shorted out 2 batts dripping on an auto. Whatever the case good luck and keep vaping.
