Looking to try rebuildable atomizers since my experience with carto/tanks, clearomizers and novas have all been hit and miss to say the least and ive kind of been constantly dissapointed in my setup here lately. So wanting to try a rba but definitely cannot afford a genesis or similar style so im looking for advice and opinions on cheaper equipment.

Hi Jfiddy. So Word of caution, Rebuildables do take some time and patience to get working the way you like. My first one took almost a week to get working well. I have been using one now for about four months on and off. Every time I rebuild the wick/coil I find something just a little bit different that works better than(or sometimes not as good as) the time before. If I where you I would do a search for the AGA-T atomizer. This is an all stainless model and can be had for about $30. I would advise you to also order a good supply of resistance wire, and ss mesh and some silica(or fiberglass) wick. This unit can be configured with either the ss wick(like genesis) or the silica wick, which makes it easy to get started building coils and then expanding to sswick if you feel the need to. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

I'm ordering the Nautilus from OKC vapes soon. I hear nothing but good things about it. Its a Odysseus v1 clone and from what I hear it is a very good clone, all parts are interchangeable with the Odysseus and build quality is great. Its about $60 which I think is around half the price of Odysseus. looks A little more complicated to build than other RBAs but a little learning curve is fine.

You could get verified and join in on Co-Ops. They are fun & save your account.

AGA-T2 for $24.99~ or $14~?

They do require patience though. I'm not very good at that except when it apparently comes to my wallet.

:p

But as far as budget RBA, I really enjoy my A7s & my AGA-T v1.5, they can both be found for under $30 on vendor sites. I'm really liking the look of the IGO-L, it looks seriously invincible. Also considering an AGA-S but think I'm set for awhile.

A couple things I haven't seen mentioned yet, but are really important with RBA's

1. Make sure you either have a multimeter, or a good rig that can test the resistance.
If you have a short in your coil or you get the resistance wrong, you can DESTROY a ego or other type battery. Caution.

2. I don't know what kind of battery you have, but RBA's do best on a variable voltage or wattage device. They are for the experienced user, but you have to get experience one way or another right?

Just use caution and read read read! If you don't have the things I listed above, you probably aren't ready for a RBA. I am not trying to put you down or anything, just trying to help.

Edit: By the way Nova heads ARE rebuildable if you didn't know. Changing the wick to a different kind or size along with a different coil can make all the difference in the world. There are many tutorials on here on how to do this. You will still need something to test resistance though.
It is a much cheaper way to get into rebuilding though since it seems you already have the vivi nova.
