Somewhere in all the reading I've done in the last week or so I read a goverment page that states (I'm paraphrasing) that residents of foreign countries are allowed to carry personal amounts of schedule F drugs into Canada. Google isn't helping, I'm wondering if anyone has a bookmark for it?
