Need help for Prometheus Clone best config

Hello!

I've been reading this forum for a while now, and i decided to ask for help.

I've been vaping for a year now, and i really enjoy it. For now, i used eGo batteries with different cartos, but i decided to buy an rba. I found a Prometheus Clone that suited my needs (510 driptip, adjustable airhole) and i have a noname VV mod as well, and i plan to use the Prometheus with it.

Since i don't know a lot about nicochrome (i read that organic cotton gives the best taste, so i'll try that first), i wanted to ask for suggestions:
-What gauge should i use, what type (micro/macro/etc) and with what airhole config?
-What do you thing about pre-made welded wires (i read that most VV-s doesn't accept sub-ohm cartos, and i thought this can be a solution)

thanks for reading^^

here's a great review and build of the prometheus. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-reviews/513211-prometheus-clone-tobeco.html

as far as the gauge of wire that will depend on where you want to end up in ohm's. Since it is going on a apv you would probably want to start with 30 or 32 gauge wire. Most apv's won't fire if the resistance is below 1.2ohm's, with the exception of a select few.

type will vary I use both a standard coil(non touching coils) with twisted 32 gauge, and micocoils( each wrap touch the next but not over lapping) with 28 gauge depend on my buiild, atomizer, juice that is going in there. Both options are very good it just depends what you like better.

I have a basic knowledge in electronics, and based on what i know about resistors, with a dual coil wired parallel on the battery, it would mean that the total resistance of the Prometheus would be half of the coils' resistance.
That would mean i'd need at least 2 Ohm wires for both of the coils. Is that correct?

I saw some pre-made welded wires (i can't post links, but i found one with 2,8Ohm resistance and 0.18mm diameter), what do you think, should i use them, or should i use like a bigger gauge (38 for example), or would that have an effect on the vaping experience?
