Need help from CS with order.

Put in a ticket. Ticket # Y1NA2DVQ98

Order was placed on Wednesday and shipped on Thursday Standard Overnight. Expected delivery date of August 10th. Order never came and the tracking number shows as Fedex never even picking it up from madvapes facility. Just want to know whats going on with this order. I know the weekends are rough but i really need this order because my supplies are running lower than im comfortable with lol.
