If I had to choose between them, I'd pick the Efest. But I also wouldn't buy either one. Let me recommend a Nitecore Intellicharger.

Efest is a known low-end brand with a passable reputation.
AWT is an known low-end brand with a bad reputation for making false claims (source).

my pick: efest, why? is a well know brand, great chargers, i have a 4 bay one, lush q4, the AWT one is not as trust-able one compared to efest, perhaps could be a re-branded unit for a big distributor, but i have no data or knowledge on that one, so efest is my pick
nitecore chargers: well, i have heard and seen more problems and issues with this brand compared to efest, also had one that took like 20% more time charging and a bit hotter compared to efest one,
if xtar is available look for them, also i truly suggest you getting a 4 bay one, future proof and also if your battery stash grow you could handle it better (getting more than 2 batteries for mechs is something you should consider, better lifespan and less stress, more fun)

I personally wouldn't use either of the two models (Efest and AWT) you listed.
The LUC series of chargers from Efest are well known and respected as high quality chargers, but I have not heard anything good or bad about the others in the charger lineup. As a company, Efest has a bad reputation for exaggerating their battery specifications.
AWT has a terrible reputation as a rewrap battery company who also exaggerates their specifications. I didn't even know they made/sold their own line of chargers, but if the quality is anything like their batteries are I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.
If no local stores carry higher quality chargers and batteries, I suggest that you order online from one of the companies listed below:
