Need Help Modding A Bottle

I'd like to mod a 3 mil bottle....I want to attach a syringe needle to the top so when I squeeze the bottle in a upright position the juice will flow through the needle. Any help?

So just to specify, you want the needle down inside the bottle, so the joose will come out of the top when you squeeze it standing upright? IF that is what you are after, why not just use the small tubing that they put in the bottles to acheive this goal with the Vapemate?

Because I want it to be rigid. I'm trying to modify a Bottom Feed mod. I want to have a needle run through a carto. That way when the bottle is fed it will feed the carto at the top. Experimenting.....

If you take a small metal tube(about the length of the bottle) and put it in the bottom of the needle it will do what you want.

You can buy lengths of hypodermic tubing, not sure what gauge youu need, here is 11ga:

Just cut it to the length you need.

Aren't there wires and coils in the tube? I've had the dual coils apart and they are like that. Not sure I'd want to run a SS tube through there.

If the needle touches the coil in the carto will it short?

Only if it also touches something it can ground on. Also if the needle is a slim one it should not come in contact with the coil.

I have a bottom feed mod. I wanna feed the top of the carto. So my thinking here is to mod the bottle with the needle to run all the way to the top of the carto. It will purge the filler in the carto. I no nothing about the electronics. Does the coil on a Boge actually sit in the airway?

If you mean a standard boge carto, then yes the coil is just above the air tube with a heat resistant 'sock' between the coil and filler. If you add a needle extension to the bottom feed bottle tube that sticks up just past the airtube, you can avoid hitting the coil. when you squeeze the bottle and take a sharp drag without firing to clear the airtube, it will wet the coil and excess juice will get soaked up by the filler. You want the needle to go far enough without hitting the coil, and taking apart an old carto might be helpful in measuring this.
