Hey guys, i have a mutation x v2 rda on a sigelei 100w mod. I'm somewhat new to building, i'm not great, but im not terrible. I've been looking for an easy build that i get some good clouds and flavor on. BUT i want to be able to take nice long draws without drying out my wick too fast. I currently have 28g and 26g kanthal. Suggestions?

5 wrap 28g dual no contact coil I use small screwdriver for a jig I thread the cotton and leave a generous amount on the deck. I get around .6-.5 ohms 3 or 4 drags with some nice clouds and flavor. I vape this set up from 35-40W
Try twisting that 26g gauge. It's extremely simple to do. You just need a drill and something like a pen or a paper clip.

standard easy build above:
28 gauge
1 ohm
single coil (mutation x v2 can build each coil separately [double positive post] so no problem to just build 1, try it then add a second later)
6 wraps
2mm ID
11 watts
Try that, then you can add the second coil and run that at 22 watts. 0.5 ohm
won't dry out your wick too fast

then if you add a second coil that's 44 watts @ 0.5 ohm
Sounds like my set up!! I'm loving it! 0.2 ohms quad coil with 28 gauge (not twisted)!!
