You're obviously referring to a charging station for the 18650 rechargeable batteries which you use in your lightsaber, so I don't see how this could possibly be incriminating or in contravention of anything here.
The Nitecore intellicharger is cheap, reliable and versatile for USD16.50 and is available on Amazon.
If you aren't into international online shopping, fstoplights is a great local dealer of flashlights and flashlight accessories (many of which also work well with lightsabers). Check out their battery chargers here. I've dealt with them before. Super good communication and fast postage of your items.
Alternatively, just get one at a nearby hardware store.

I highly recommend a efest soda charger. .5 or 1 amp charging, all battery sizes, inexpensive. Got mine for 10 bucks

Just go Unicell shop at Simlim square #02-70. Many ultrafire chargers n 18650/18500/18350/14500.. ask for the $16 most value for money version..twin charger..i m using it..Buy til u drop.
Such 18/16/14000 series.chargers are 100% legal which many high power led torch r using..Unicell @SL sells huge range..can test in the spot..for a moment when u step un..u thought it's a ecig accessories store..the 18650 torch can also be easily modified to be a ecig battery wuth 510 to Ego adaptor. Of course u need to get the adaptor elsewhere. Some torch head also reportedly use ego heads..

I tried buying 3 x batteries and charger from FStoplight but is out of stock for all their chargers atm...owner replied that he will only have stock next month.
