Looking for Ego T charger

Need help from you guys again, recently I have brought 3 Ego T vv and after that realizing that the charger tip compare to my old Ego T is totally different. Above link is the image for the charger I am seeking, anyone know where can I find these kind of charger? As I need 3 of those... Hai~~~
