Need help refilling Ego-C

Hi

Having a bit of trouble with pulling out the cartridges to refill my Ego-C.

I can't seem to pull out the cartridges without pulling out the atomizer, already damaged one atomizer with a pair of tweezers. Then the cap of the cartridge got stuck inside the casing. Saw a post about piercing the cartridge by hand before inserting it so that you don't twist it and rip it - did that, but still can't pull the cartridge out to refill. Am I doing something wrong?

I feel sure this has been asked about before (sorry) - can someone point me in the right direction or tell me an easier way to do this.

Wow, that must really be a tight fit. You can't pull the atomizer out with the cartridge because it won't fit down the cone.
