Hello, I need help to find a recipe of propaganda subliminal, it is sweet and sour raspberry, my favourite e-liquid I will be really happy and thankful if e-liquid guru's will help me to find the recipe.

Yes, 2% TPA sweetener can be used in place of CA Super Sweet. I believe CA Super Sweet may be similar to TPA (possibly a little more concentrated and a similar Sucralose base among other enhancers).
Could try making with 2% TPA Sweetener first. Let entire mix steep for at least 1 week. Try the mixture. If not sweet enough, a drop or two of TPA Sweetener to your 5 ml. mix and re vape (shake and vape).

For 5ml bottles :1 ml.=20 Drops (10mil bottle : 1% = 2 drops)
1% = 1 drop 5% = 5 drops 10% = 10 drops 20% = 20 drops

Unfortunately I did not found CA sour and sweetner in my region so I used TPA. And I did not found information what is the difference in concentration of this aromas.

You can use TPA sour (0.5 - 1.0 % more potent than FW Sour).

Day 2 and now I know that it is better to use raspberry sweet 4% blackberry 3,5% juicy lemon 3,7% sour 3% sweetner 3%
