Need help troubleshooting

Hello, i'm an owner of a praxis decimus 150w box mod, i've owned the box mod for about a month.
Last night, i noticed my mod's screen part was getting really hot, which has never happened before. I removed my batteries and tested them on my 18650-charger. The other battery (which was on the left / screen's side) was almost completely empty, whilst the one on the right side was nearly full. I charged both of them until they were full. My box mod wouldn't turn on at all, no response from my box mod.
The left connector was also slightly tilted and more extended than the other one.
I can't seem to manage to adjust the connector pin. (It's positive side on the bottom of the mod)
(Both of my batteries world on my friend's mod)

I'm not very Familiar with that Mod. But I can Bump you thread for some Help.

BTW - What is the Type and the History of the Batteries you were using?

I would try a brand new set of batteries to determine if the mod will still work. Hoping the batteries are the problem and new ones will solve the problem. If the mod has battery protection then new batteries should help. The mod's battery protection is probably doing what it is designed to do.
