Hi,

I have a Riva 510 battery, using a Ego tank atty. It was working fine all day till now! For some reason the Riva Battery will not work with the Ego tank atty anymore. I know the Riva 510 battery is not dead, I tried using a carto on it, and it vapes fine. I also know the Ego tank atty is ok, I use that same Ego tank atty that I have a problem with, and tried it on my boyfriend's Riva 510 and Ego pass thru and it works fine, too. I tried my boyfriend's Ego Tank atty on my Riva 510 battery I can't vape either. So it's my Riva 510 battery combination w/ the Ego Tank atty that does not work. My Riva battery works fine w/ the cartos as I speak. The funny thing is I was using the Ego Tank atty all day with this Riva battery, it was until I try to refill my tank, unscrew atty, rescrew then I got this problem. I tried it w/ 3 different tank atties and it won't work. The battery Led light will lite up, but can't vape. But I tried a carto, regular 510 atty and my baterry works fine. So I don't know whats wrong :confused: My battery now won't work with the Ego tank atty. Anyone have any suggestions?

Riva 510 batteries about a month old, the ego tank is about a week old.

Did this work? I have had the same issue with 3 of my batteries. when the first one did it i thought it was the battery giving up on me. when the 2nd one did it i tried a carto and atty on it and they were fine, or rather the battery was. im not at home just now and cant wait to get back home to fiddle with the batteries to see if i can get them to work again with the tank system. this so far is my best vaping tool and am gutted im down to 1 battery that works with the tank :(

How did you solve this? I have one rivia batteries that quite on me and I thought it was the battery so I am sending it back and getting a replacement. I hope it wasn't because of the ego-T atty?

Oh now I see, I tried this and it didn't work, just a bad battery I guess!!

well it went from not working on the ego t to working on the ego t. obviously it's a design flaw that when the ego t is on it it pushes the centre bit down and therefore no connection. im sure there's a more technical way of saying it but thats what my interpretation of it is. by raising the bit in the centre you're completing the connection by making them touch. it worked for me any ways. just need to see if i can restore the 1st one i did something similar with before i read this post.
