I just remove the base, wipe it down, twist a small piece of paper towel up through the mouthpiece until I see it at the post top. Then refill, twist the paper on up and remove, then be sure the atty is screwed in tight, and replace the base. Been going weeks with same atty.
I have some that sit for a while in rotation, I place them mouthpiece down in a board I drilled holes in. This keeps the coil from flooding.
