I bought a Herakles tank, 18650 battery, and Eleaf 60 Watt from Vista Vapors. This was before I joined the forum. Anyway, I removed the O-ring and threw it out thinking I didn't need it. I contacted Vista and they said they don't have any and suggested getting some from Home Depot. I did and tried it out but the tank won't screw together. Does anyone know where to get O-rings for this tank? I'm pretty sure it might be a size issue and the people at Home Depot weren't much help either.

spaz, do you know the size in mm.

I have all kinds and mail you some to try. Which one was it so I can look at the size and try to come close? Or ask the person you were talking to what is the size

If you want to find them on your own try Metric 70 O-rings - 1.0mm Cross Section - OringsandMore

I would guess that it is the one that is on the base where the coil is. I have a Herakles tank myself and all brand new Herakles tanks are notorious for doing this until the glass seats it into the base from usage. Some even complain at first being brand new and having them leak. Myself I had a bit of problems seating mine too without it sticking to the glass and coming up but now that I have used mine enough I unscrew it and it stays down in the base. I really am not sure where you are going to be able to find an O ring fat enough as well as having the hole big enough to seat properly going around your coil on the inside of the O ring.
That O ring you threw away is to be seated down on the base to hold the glass tight enough to the base so it does not leak all over the place like it probably is doing now to you.
If you look you also have one that sits up on top you need both right where they sit. If and when you get a new bottom base one if it still leaks you do not have the glass screwed down tight enough to the base it takes a slight hand though as remember you are screwing down onto glass so you do not have to be heman.
Watch your holes too as you have to align a few coil holes that you will see white in with your tank holes so your E liquid your vaping also is able to feed in freely to your coil.

Exactly, the tank is leaking and I'm trying to get another O-ring. It baffles me that it didn't come with at least one extra.

You should also of ended up getting another peace of glass with it which is your spare tank just so if you happen to break the one your using now you have a spare. That is if your Herakles tank is a Sense Herakles like mine. If you get into the rebuild able tanks and things they usually come with extra stuff like that but the Sense Herakles is not a rebuild able coil style tank so no what you had in your box is all you needed to get you running.
Also wondering if you have a local vape store that you can pop into as that may be the best place to look for something like that. Like I say lots of vape shops carry parts and things for the Rebuild able stuff and who knows one of those O rings they might have might just get you vaping off of that tank. I love mine great taste off of it and it can do huge clouds.

Hi,
Try Fasttech. You will have to find out what size it is and go to their site. Go to the E-Cig section and type in o-ring they have tons of different sizes for all types of tanks. Pay for shipping it take less time to get your order.
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, the place I got it from just sent some out and said he would walk me through getting it reattached. Thanks again and happy vaping for life one day at a time!
