I just built a box mod out of a $1 510 connection. some random acrylic, wires, a switch, a spring, and some hot glue. It really all depends on what you want to do. i saw your other thread involving the vamo v5 board. That would be a good place to start. fasttech sells the board, and some battery holders. Switchs are up to you on a regulated device, any normally open momentary switch will do. Boxes are also up to you. People build these things into nes controllers, flashlights, shoes, if the parts fit, it can be built into it. as far as 510's go, madvapes sells cheap ones. Id start cheap unless youre going to be putting a high end chip in it or putting a lot of workinto it. I wouldnt do such things for a vamo, but you might want to. In which case fatdaddyvapes has a box mod 510 with a floating center pin. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

just want to share my first box mod.

its a powerbank that hold 3 x 18650

along the way to this, i learn that

1. tactile switches is meant to use for sending signal to logic board, not for high current (you can see a hole on the powerbank).
2. adjustable 510 connector was pita. so i bought some spring loaded probes from mouser and epoxied into 510. so i have no contact problem with different atty.
