Hi guys I just got my first tank in the mail a 3ml J tank. Before I filled it I decided to do a dry run and see how the carto fits through the holes in the tank but here's the thing. It wont go through, either side. I tried forcing it to no avail, used juice to lubricated it a little. No go. It shouldn't be this hard to put the carto in. Only way I could get the carto through the hole would be maybe taking a hammer to it. Not such a good idea haha. I'm contimplating sending it back for a refund. Oh and I'm using the boge 3.0 cartos they prepunch.

Some tanks have tighter o-rings then others. One of the problems is the edges of the carto that catch onto those o-rings. One solution is to put a drip tip on first and then push it into the tank. I found that these types of drip tips shaped like this work the best:

Or you can get this adapter that also makes it easy to re-fill your tank:

I have also had luck using a drip tip. I have bought a few of these and they are a very tight fit, but you should be able to get them in with a little bit of lubrication. I have also found it easier to take the top cap off and put it back on after the cartomizer is fully inserted into the bottom cap. It is more difficult to get the carto lined up with the top cap, but the drip tip helps with this as well. Hope this helps.
