Need help with my Nimbus RBA

Ive searched and couldn't seem to find what is wrong with my nimbus rba. It was working and heating up evenly for two weeks. I went to re wrap it again and it doesnt heat up evenly this time around. only one side (either or), but not both side, will heat up. I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with it. When i go to tighten up the screws, it doesnt heat up at all. any help would be appreciated! please and thank you.
