Hey everyone. New guy here and over the last two days I have been having some issues with my twisp.

I bought it a few months ago and yesterday after waking up I found that it no longer worked. When I remove the battery and push the button, the light goes on. However when the battery is connected to the device, nothing happens when I pushed the button. This problem seemed to resolve itself. But now when I push the button nothing seems to happen, the light comes on but there is no vapor. I replaced the coil thingy 3 days ago so I doubt it can be that.

Also when I now connect the battery to the charger, the button flashes multiple colours as per normal and then shows nothing.

Any help will be welcome!:p:p

Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here!:)

If the center pin of the battery is not making a connection with the atomizer of the clearomizer/tank you need to pry it up. This usually occurs from over-tightening the tank onto the battery connector. Just make sure that if you use something conductive (metal) to pry up the center pin that you do NOT hit the fire button while you are working on the battery. Or better yet, turn off the battery.
