Hi i just bought a nimbus v4 and was rebuilding when the post fell off. The site (vapersjunction.com) i bought it off of says they are real and assures me but is there any way to tell the difference between a clone and the real deal. It has the logo with the makers intials on it. I was look at pictures of real and clones online and cant tell the difference. Can anyone help if they have any experienced with both clones and originals. The guy at my shop said they could be clones because of the quality in make. And i am not sure if the website i bought it from will give me a refund.

That looks like the real one from the one picture that they have. From what I have seen, the clone don't have the curved walls inside. The post Broke off?? Which post broke? Can you post a pic?
and also has no spit back protection. i dont know the difference of v4 to the lower version. but you'll probably notice the materials of chimbus (china nimbus) you'll notice the cheap texture
It looks real, the nimbus clones normally use allen screws on the post instead of the phillip screws. I have both the authentic Nimbus and clone.
I will post pics no it just fell off didn't break. I'll check for the things you guys talked about. It does have the Phillips screw head. Yeah I saw some clones with the logo but never physically saw a clone. I have also seen pictures of clones with the Phillips screw on eBay it even has logo. But I will check for rough edges
Testing size will post the rest of the pics if anyone can help identify (Nimbus or Chimbus)Best bet would be to contact them and ask for a replacement. It says they don't offer warranty but you never know. Makes me reconsider buying a Nimbus though.
Try to ask for replacement... Or try to contact the fb page of the owner itself. Forgot the name.
I just received mine in the mail from a legit vendor, same problem, post fell out, gonna contact vendor for replacement.
