Can ya'll point me to some not very sweet flavors. I have and love Menthol Ice but I'm looking for something different. I can't do the sweet stuff and I don't care to vape tobaccos much anymore. However I might like a flavored tobacco. Any help appreciated. Thank ya.

Hi, FranC. Many "tobacco" flavors from Halo either don't have much tobacco flavor, or maybe I don't know what tobacco tastes like since before this, I've only had it by burning it in an analog.

I'll try here, and I ask my fellow Halons to amend this list.

I'd reccomend you try the top 4 on this list:

Prime15 - a mild to medium tobacco with a bit of sweet, but tobacco sweet, not a candy sweet.

Torque56 - Probably the tobaccoest Halo blend.

TriBeCa - I think it's sweet with very little tobacco.

TiKi Juice - Tobacco with spices

Turkish - no comment

Longhorn - sort of pipe tobacco to me

Midnight Apple - Perfumy to me, but has it's followers

VooDoo - very little tobacco, sweet, dry grape, currant, some taste dark cocoa, hint of cinnamon

Southern Classic - (yukon Jack?)

Freedom Juice - I did 3ml, but can't remember...

HX3 - Only had this in prefilled carto, that combo didn't work for me.

Cap'n Jack - untried

Hi FranC.

Belgian Cocoa is a dry, unsweet cocoa with an underlying milk chocolate only when dripped in an atomizer, but still not a sweet liquid.

Tobaccos you might enjoy:

Southern Classic: Citrus, vanilla medium sweet with a bit of clove. Tobacco presence is little to none. Fresh from an newly opened bottle: medicinal. After a good shake and 24 hours with the cap off: orange creamcicle or vanilla-like crisp mountain dew/7-up-ish.

Voodoo: white grape, black currant (berry tartness), plum and a touch of cinnamon and kiss of vanilla is a bit sweeter than SC, but nothing like a full on candy bar or bakery liquid. Little to no tobacco; sometimes it mixes with the cnnamon and other flavors for a light bakery note.

Midnight Apple: higher tobacco, medium sweetness with a cool kiss provided by the anise. A bit more potpourri-ish with the cider spices, but enough tart apple that warms the cheeks on a cold winter's night.

Turkish Tobacco: More of a tobacco, sweet bay rum cardamom kick

Best Bet: Voodoo

Sorry FranC, I've only tried two of them. Tribeca, and VooDoo. Both are popular here, but VooDoo is rather sweet.

Have you thought about DIY? Menthol/mint flavors are pretty easy to make.

I've just made a batch with with a combination of menthol, peppermint, and wintergreen that is as good as anything I have ever purchased and ridiculously cheap to make.

I have never found a tobacco flavor I liked, simply because they don't really taste like tobacco.

I you're looking for something off-the-shelf, consider Halo Sub-Zero or Mystic. Those were my go-to flavors for more than a year.

i would say Belgian Cocoa...it's not sweet, but more a rich, very mature chocolate. Mature like that cool guy at the end of the bar with the wicked 'stache that only orders premium bourbon and wears a sports jacket with a turtle neck underneath and still pulls it off. Sure the 1970's are gone, but they're still with him...they're still with him.

i wager that Countess diva could take 2 or 3 taser hits before dropping.

FranC, First, I'm impressed that you DIY! I have zero patience nor skills to be a mixologist. 9 out of 10 tries I have done w/premade flavors have come out horrible. I can only imagine doing it from scratch!

As far as Halo juices that fit your description, it's kind of limited, IMO. That's why I'm hoping Halo comes out w/more flavors, preferably gourmet, soon. Lots of menthols which, I feel is plenty for the line up! To some, Voodoo is sweet, to others like me, it's not overly sweet at all. My vote is to try VOODOO simply because its so diff than any other Halo flavor, it's complex and changes often w/diff ohms/volts so its like a new vape every so often!

what from you? remember yer only like 85 lbs! my fat cottage cheese .... weighs moar than that (yes, drink that image in, ladies) and i'm pretty sure Dave has more weight in body hair than that. if anything, we'll make you eat real pizza and confess, probably all teary eyed and with about 50 LOL's (i imagine you actually say that 'lol' out loud for some reason) how good it is and what a waste your life has been on Deep Dish Pizza.
