Ok so i had the original.. wanted the premium.. bought it off ebay...

Its charging... its been plugged into the wall for about two hours. Wow.. just vibrated to tell me its done charging and the lights went out! woohoo!!

1. when i drop a batter into the charge slot... the red lights are supposed to light up and cycle to indicate charging right? They dont do anything... is it charging?

2. The instructions say that i can open the pack and it will display the charge level of the pack... it doesnt? what am i doing wrong?

EDT: ive been watching videos on YouTube.. apparently when you open the case, the front LED in the logo is supposed to light up? Mine does not... any ideas?

Sometimes I need to open and close the pack again.
In order for the blue lights to flash. The battery not cycling is more disturbing. Since you bought it on ebay. You're probably out of luck with the one year warranty? The batteries are mostly charged out of the box. I would try using one until the blue lights flash. Then trying the PCC again.

Ok so first i bought the original Blu starter kit.. then decided i wanted an upgrade to the premium. The premium PCC is the one i bought off ebay.. came with only the wall charger... so im using my original batteries (which shouldn't make a difference neither is the 100 version)...

i highly doubt that blu will honor a warranty since i bought it "used"... i guess i will have to use a battery untill fully drained and then put it into the new premium pack and see if it charges? suppose that would determine if it is just the LEDs or if its the pack itself?

You'll know then if it's the PCC or batteries.
Another option is the Volcano V Pack.
You can get it for $10 on their website. It has the same type of indicators as the Premium pack.
Original batteries are the same size as Premium ones.
But they have a smart chip to prevent overcharging. Original batteries can be overcharged and fried. You might want to check the Blu wiki.

Probably a little late on this but...if the battery is more than like 80% charged the pack won't cycle the red lights because it considers the battery "fully" charged...since I am pretty sure that is only charges it to about 80%. This happened to me on my premium pack also, I charged a battery fully on my computer with the USB thing...used it for like 5 minutes, then put it in the pack to charge and it wouldn't. Also I know it doesn't fully charge them either because if you charge one in the pack until it is done, and then screw it into the USB charger in the computer, it will still charge for a little bit.

I don't know if any of this applies to you but that was my experience with it.
