Need help with small mech build

I have a single 18650 stingray clone and am building on a phobia v1. I am vaping homemade juice which is unflavored so I am not looking for a flavorful vape, but I am looking for decent vapor production. My stingray has some pretty bad voltage drop so I need the most efficient build possible. I have been using SS316L 28awg (the vape shop that sold me the wire called it Kanthal, but the resistance tells a different story lol). I want the most vapor for the least power consumption. I really appreciate the help!!

If you have lung issues from vaping "homemade...juice", tell the doctor it's not the vape device's fault.
There have been a dozen cases of hospitalized kids that were vaping tainted...juice
and "vaping" is the scapegoat in the media.

IMHO, a simple coil works just fine for vapor production for your purposes. KISS = keep it simple, stupid. Just make sure the amp draw does not exceed your battery's amp limit, and you'll be good.

I can assure you that my juice contains nothing illegal(Nationwide), regulated(Nationwide), or unsafe . Not sure why the word was even blocked. I buy all my ingredients from local brick and mortar stores in my area.

Try a twisted wire build. 7 wraps 3mm id. Should come out around .2ish ohms for dual coils.

Stainless Steel rises in resistance when heated - and with a fixed voltage device when resistance rises, output power diminishes. Some enjoy this this type of behaviour, some do not. Try some Kanthal (which does not rise in resistance as much as SS316L) but experiment with different resistances. Just play safe – know your battery CDR limits!
