Need help with Vandy Vape Kylin

While trying to disassemble the tank to change coils, the top fill ports also came apart. There is a white or clear silicone gasket that goes between it and the glass tank.
I cant seem to get it back together. Anyone have some tips for me?

Thanks, but I've looked at that picture a million times. It doesn't show the gasket or how the heck to install it.
When it came apart it was still partially attached to the glass section. It has a lip on it. I just can't seem to get it back onto the glass, or figure out how else it might go together.

There is a groove on the underside of the fill cap. Put the o-ring there...

@Shawn Hoefer I think I had a moment of pure stupidity. Pretty sure that gasket goes on the base of the chimney, there's already an o-ring inside the fill cap.
