As long as the coil isn't bone dry when you fire it, you won't pop a 2.0Ω coil on a Twist. A Twist only goes up to 4.8v and if it's too high your juice will taste burnt. Most average vapers, when they first start out, usually find their sweet spot in the range of 6 to 8 watts. That's just a place to start, it might be different for you. With a new juice that I'm not sure what level it would take good at, with a 2.0Ω coil I would set the device at 3.7 to 4 volts and then experiment by dialing higher or lower until it tasted good.
