Hi

I just purchased a Yeti-c kit from altsmoke. I dont like it and I wanted to return it for the Ego. Rob
e-mail and told me they dont except return on kits because it basically parts, this was the last e-mail I got from him he does not respond to any of my e-mail. Well the 14 day return policy dose'nt say anything about not excepting kits for return.It's not like I want my money back, I want to buy the Ego. Any help would be nice.

The RMA Process has already been started on this one. The original message was more along the lines of what we don't refund. I.E. Anything that is put in to the users mouth in the kits. I did suggest that if you wanted to keep the product you could and just pick up the ego battery/charger as the units themselves were cross compatible. So basically we do accept returns on the accessories but we don't accept returns on any of the following products (this includes kits) Cartridges/Cartomizers/Liquid/Drip Tips/ Atomizers/Anything the user puts in their mouths.

I also responded to your support ticket again this afternoon, like I said there the support @ altsmoke . com email is monitored strictly by me. Every other way you can inquire a response is monitored by other AltSmoke employee's. For the past two days I have been in and out of the office and tried to respond when I could.

I see that you received your RMA# Earlier and the package is already on the way. So glad this is moving forward for you :)
