Please answer ALL the questions? Thank you.

Help me help you.

1 - Did you punch the cartomizer yourself, or did it come already with holes in the side?

2 - Did you fill the tank with juice with the top cap off of the tank and the carto seated all the way into the tank? And once the tank was filled with juice, pressed the top cap onto the tank?

3 - What flavor was in the tank when this happened?

4 - Does the plastic tube of the tank appear to have any cracks in it?

5 - Was the cartomizer fully seated correctly into the tank before you took your hit?

Sounds like the OP is using the pre-drilled carto's and tank that are made by smoktech (DCT). I use these and sounds like you flooded the carto. Here's a link with a video (from volcano) to show you the proper way to fill these: The Official Volcano E-Cigs Forum • Tube Tank Filling and Refilling Instructions. : Kit and Product Instructions. I didn't review this video; however, if it doesn't answer all of you questions on how to fill and use your tank system, I have another video I can post for you. good luck

My bad man lol, my cartos were pre-punched , I had virgin vapor's strawberry shortcake juice, I didn't see any cracks and yes the carto was seated correctly but the juice was coming from the hole.
Reason I asked about the flavor used and if you saw cracks in the tank is there are known flavors that have a negative reaction to certain plastics used in the older style tanks, namely polycarbonate (clear plastic). Flavors like cinammon and citris flavors are the main culprits. There is a thread here on the tank forums that has a current and running list of flavors that do this.

It sounds like you likely got unlucky with that first carto. For whatever reason, the airtube sounds like it is broken allowing juice into it and hence it leaks down at the connector site. Try another carto in the tank and see if the leaking continues. Before doing that though, watch and review the steps in the video on the website on prepping the carto with juice and filling the tank. Another tip I might throw in myself is if you fill your carto from the top, stick a wooden toothpic into the air hole to block any juice from accidentally getting in while you soak the polyfill with juice.

Ok, we know this much. Pre-punched carto is primed by filling with juice until the polyfill material looks like a wet slushy, correct?

Filled carto is loaded into the empty tank, tank is filled with juice, and carto is inserted the rest of the way into the tank. Drip tip is installed in carto end, correct?

You attempt to take a draw under power. Result = no vapor. But "the battery gets warm and the light blinks". What does the light blinking mean with your device? Is that normal and expected, or does it indicate something is wrong?

Not to be insulting, but you are pressing the power button when you take a draw, correct? It sounds like you might be new to mods and perhaps you had the small automatic batteries before the volcano inferno. I'm just trying to troubleshoot this all for you.

I'm not familiar with the Volcano Inferno. Does it have the ability to test the atomizer resistance? I can't figure out why you are not getting any vapor production at all.

I don't exactly know what the blinking means but I'm assuming its a safety to let you the battery can't handle the load. I refilled my tank with my volcano juice and everything works however that juice is to strong.

I did some homework for you, as I know something just isn't right. I Googled "volcano inferno instruction manual" and got this hit: Inferno Starter Kit Instructions

Troubleshooting:

If the button does not light up when pressed the battery is in the locked position. Press the button 5 times in quick succession; the button should then blink 3 times. If the battery is on then the button should light up and the atomizer should produce vapour when the button is pressed.
If the button blinks 3 times when pressed then there is a short in the system, either the atomizer attached to it or in the battery. Try removing the atomizer and pressing the button again; if it no longer blinks then the atomizer has shorted out. It should be discarded and not used again. If the button still blinks 3 times after removing the atomizer, then the short is in the battery and you will need to contact our customer service department.
If the button lights up red when pressed, the battery has been drained and needs to be re-charged.
If the button lights up but the atomizer does not produce vapour, either the atomizer has died or the centre plates on the atomizer and battery are not contacting each other properly to complete the electrical circuit. Please read THIS THREAD [http://forum.volcanoecigs.com/non-poorly-firing-atty-try-this-before-tossing-t1662.html] and follow the instructions there on how to adjust the centre plate.

Baditude, you didn't have to do any research... the information was already posted in this thread^. Wow!

Thanks for insulting me and ridiculing me in front of the entire class, Sarge!! :p

I did scan thru your post, obviously all too quickly, and missed the details because it looked "too busy". Just my preference in presenting information here, I personally prefer to split things up to allow reading to be easier. I usually ignore "walls of text".
