Hey folks, I have been hard at work making many versions of juices, all of them capable. I did the ultimate noob thing and started right off the bat with 4/5 flavor blends so you can imagine my excitement when they were actually decent. One thing that i absolutely love are custards. All of my flavors are tfa, and is it just me or does their custard have the most empowering egginess to it? Im down to about 2% flavoring and it still overpowers sweet cream and ethyl maltol that i pair it up with. Can anyone give me some pointers? I like a really full bodied custard thats heavy on the cream and light on the egg lol
