I've been looking for a while to find the base hardware piece for the Aspire nautilus. I see it on the Aspire site but it ships from overseas. Has anyone found a site in the USA?
Need Nautilus base hardware from USA distribitor.

Only thing I could suggest is to contact one of the vendors that carry the nautilus and see if they have a base available from a return?
I haven't ordered from them, I just saw that while I was shopping around. I have seen them mentioned a couple of times.

I also need just the base hardware piece. Did you place an order with Evape and did you get the hardware?

Thanks, M4rtin, but they don't carry just the base hardware. I think Aspire & Evape are the only suppliers that do.
OOoopps, sorry about that Jackie, but I am glad I found Evape from this thread, they have some good prices.
Incidentally I noticed last night that the center pin or the spring at the bottom of the base is starting to rust on the bottom of my Aspire base??? I removed it from the base and cleaned as best as I could. It is only 1 month and 1/2 old???? I wonder if paying $10 for just the base is worth it or just get a whole new setup for $11 more?

I just got the base hardware from evapes to go on the SS mini replacement tanks, my advice? Don't get one from evapes. No way is this base authentic. The air flow controller just spins around freely, no "click" to tell you its locked in on an air hole. I have to manually eyeball that I have it lined up over a hole, and then once it is it will easily spin itself off of the hole with the slightest touch. I hate to order a whole new tank just to get the base, but unless you wanna order straight from aspire I think thats our only choice.
Wow, that sucks. I know that there were some clone Nautilus tanks floating around, but I haven't seen anything about the pieces/parts themselves.
Sorry to hear that, I guess that answers the question of whether they're legit.
The SS tank that I bought from evapes was legit, with the scratch code from aspire, so not everything there is fake. but the base did not come with a code, it was just sealed in a small plastic pouch, no box or code. Oh well. it was worth a shot. Oh and the other bad thing about it, I can't use it (the base) on my istick, the 510 threads don't feel like they line up right, and I don't want to mess up the istick connection so I wont even try to use it. My genuine mini nautilus screws on it just fine.
I also got a mini nautilus base from Evape, and it looked like something from the reject pile. The airflow holes aren't the right sizes, and the control ring doesn't spin as smoothly as the real one. Thanks Evape, appreciate you passing off this junk to me.

Looks like evape has cleared up any issues they had with their supplier
I spoke with the owner, and he got rid of any of the poor quality bases
I got a mini base 2 days ago, and it is perfect.
Clicks in place, and the air flow hole is little bigger than the authentic, so its even better
Threads are butter smooth.
