I have a Tenergy charger. I need to replace some 3 volt batts that went bad and need a good suggestion for a set or two of good 3 volt batteries. I have a Reo Grand and like the 6 volt vaping option:) For now, since my batteries died, I'm using my one big 3.7 volt.... and it's working fine (charging on my Tr-001). But Id like to get some good replacements and any suggestions would be very appreciated. Jessica

Will these work with the Tenergy charger that charges the silver/blue 6 volt batts?? I also have the TrustFire TR-001 charger. If not, will start looking for these batteries and see if any sites also offer a compatible charger also. Anyone have a link for these batteries in stock somewhere?.. and yes, Paypal is preferred for me always. But whatever.. I'll deal with CC payments if needed. Thanks for the help everyone. I just want my 6 volt vaping back.

I wish I had the time to sit online and do battery research myself but with a toddler another disabled kid, an online business to run, etc. I get a very limited amount of time to talk vaping each day. I come here for help from more experienced users....and I appreciate the guidance:)
Thanks! Jess

Update: I'm going with Mudflaps advice and buying the batts/charger through Super T that he recommended.

Yes I charge my AW in the tenergy charger all the time. It works great for me.

Just be aware that Tenergy sells charger/battery kits for both RCR123a Li-ion and RCR123a LiFePO4. I'm not certain that both chargers are the same for both chemistries. I think I'll shoot Tenergy an e-mail and see what they say.

I don't even use RCR123a's.

I just like to know some stuff. :)

My e-mail to Tenergy Customer Service:

I noticed you have two separate chargers for RCR123a batteries. Specifically, item# 01208 for RCR123a Li-ion batteries and item # 01207 for RCR123a LiFePO4 batteries. I observed that both chargers have a charging current of 500mA. Does this mean that either charger could safely and effectively charge either chemistry of RCR123a batteries?

Thank you in advance.

Tenergy's reply:

Dear Tripp,

Thank you for using Tenergy product.
These two charger can't be cross used.
The reason is two chemistry battery voltage is different.
The Li-ion RCR average voltage is 3.7V, there is a voltage regulating circuit in the cell to pull the voltage down during use. Charger need to provide 4.5V to charger battery.
LFP RCR average voltage is 3.2V. 3.65V is the charger's output charging voltage.

In sum, you can't use one to charge the other type of battery.
