Try the nebox by kangertech. It's a really nice all in one device.
60w with a 10ml tank built in. It has a really nice rba deck or it can use prebuilt coils. Has temp control. All for about $60. I got one for my wife because its simple. It works so good, I got another one for me. It's impressive.
I wouldn't recommend the nebox. It has a plastic tank and if one of your juices cracks the tank, it's lights out. Plus you'll be stuck with only the one built-in tank on that mod forever. It's a bad option unless you have a specific need for it and you know what you're getting into. If you already know that you want an all-in one, you never use eliquid that could damage a plastic tank, and your favorite tank is the Kanger Subtank, then it's worth considering.
I recommend the VTC Mini. It has a beautiful screen, works well, feels great in the hand, and is easy to upgrade. You can use any tank you like, but the VTC Mini kit comes with a fairly nice tank with one big caveat, the CL coils it comes with are terrible. Truly bad. Thankfully, they have CLR coils that are terrific. It's one of the few sub ohm tanks that doesn't run through juice like crazy.
For other tank recommendations, the Arctic, Kanger Subtank, and the Crown are all good.
75w and can be had for pretty low price. I love mine. Plus if you ever want to use temperature control, it has that.
