Need Pics of simple single coil set ups

I was wondering if anyone can post their pics of a single coil...micro or regular. I tried googling it but didn't come up with much. Right now what I got is the IGO L.

Check out the post pics of your working setup thread in this forum. There are hundreds to look at there. Also there is the micro coil pic thread the nano dragon thread. Check them out.

Yeal, the 'post pictures ...' and the 'micro coil ....' threads are great, as mentioned by armoworrior. Also check the 'dragon coil' thread for a worthwhile experiment with your igo-l.

A couple of coils I've done on my Igo-L:

My first attempt. Using a simple wrap with 32 gauge kanthal and 2mm wick:



That worked well....then I read about micro coils and made this one, about 8 wraps around the screwdriver included with my Igo, wicked with cotton. The resistance was high, but it still vaped nice on my SVD around 5.5 volts.



I since scrapped that one due to a great suggestion and built a micro coil with 30 gauge kanthal, 10 wraps around a 1/16" drill bit, and then wicked with cotton. Sorry, no photos on that one right now. I can try later when I clean it out. Right now it's nicely gooed up with Gorilla Juice. <Yum>
