Need recipes for mixing Tobacco concerete?

I bought some Tobacc concentrate o from samara, and would like to know how to mix this stuff? how many parts to each ingredient, and how strong is the nicotine in this concentrate ?
How do I mix the concentrate , with alcohol , what kind? Any one have some good recipes ? NEED DETAILS
