I got some hollow ecowool to make a hybrid ss wick and i cant for the life of me get the wool through the wick hole without it completely unraveling itself. I'm trying to use it on an agat2 with stock wick hole...frustration level>9000.. any advice?
Put a piece of masking tape around the end of the ekowool, thread it through the hole then carefully push the SS up into the ekowool....... remove the masking tape
Take a small piece of teflon plumbers tape and wrap the end of your roll of ecowool, leaving a tail that will compress to a point. Thread it through your coil and the hole, trim the top. Easy and no wasted ecowool.
