Need some battery help

I'm building a box mod and for the sake of lighter weight and size I was going to use a flat cell but I was wondering where can I find high drain flat cell capable of the same CDA as a sony VTC5 at around 20 or 30 amp and do they make li-ion flat cells or do I have to go lipo for a prismatic flat cell? I'm kind of doing a mad scientist build and just don't know much about battery technologies beyond mnke 26650 and sony vtc5 18650 for my mech mods so I figure maybe someone here is a bit more battery savvy than me and could point me in the right direction.
