So, I'm going a bit overboard here, but I'll be spending quite a bit of money this week on vape gear. SO EXCITED. I'm planning on buying...

at least one new mod (Eyeballing the VAMO V5)
Nitecore II (Saw it listed on amazon for 11.10, can't post links, shoot over to amazon and input nitecore II and it should pop up!) is it the same thing as the vape shop offered ones?

A few 18650 batteries (Efest IMR's, courtesy of mtbakervapor)

My question is mainly, which mod should I get? I currently own two evod bats, an MVP 2.0, Kamry K100, Aspire nautilus tank, mini protank 2, iclear 16, and a few iclear 30s. I have them all configured differently and in varying rotation and they're all great, but dang it I want more!

I'm just wondering, if already owning a VV/VW device, if the vamo v5 is really a stepup above the MVP o rk100. I appreciate the onboard electronics, so it should outperform my k100, but I'm not sure how if it's necessary alongside an MVP.

With that in mind,

1) Should I just stick with the MVP?
2) Where can I actually find a reasonably priced vamo that isn't oversea? Mtbakervapor lists at 59.99, but prices seem to be sporadic.
3) If you can, what would be a better mod around the same price range, that'll do fine with the nitecore and efest imr 18650s/tanks mentioned?

THANKS EVERYBODY.

Well, a lot of vapor seems interesting, but honestly isn't really important. I like collecting stuff, so I guess you could say I'm just looking for another toy. I understand in order to get pretty dense vapor I need to get into rebuilding and dripping, which I am not ready to do. I'd like a VV/VW mech due to the added safety features over a pure mech, but would settle for something like a nemesis clone if I could get some feedback and find a decent price :)

for you situation, i would say save up and get something really really awesome.
do you really want a bunch of vape gear that will be out dated in 6 months?

i own a nitcore i2 its a real decent charger for the money.

but as far as mods go, i would save up and get on a waiting list for one the amazing mods out on the market
you dont NEED the vape gear right now, do you?

i was considering one of these for my self. http://www.protovapor.com/product/protovapor-xpv-30/

Haha, I guess you make a good argument. No, I do not NEED it, but when you've got the itch...ha!

I actually am planning on getting something awesome. I don't know what, but I'll be getting it in June, when I have a lot more cash to spare. Meanwhile, I would like one more mech mod to compliment my setup, and I'll be done til June.

I think I'm leaning towards the Nemesis clone by Hcigar. It. is. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Between my K100 and Nem, I think I'll be set. Can I alternate one 18650 battery between the two, or should I just get one bat for each mod? Also, would you recommend a fuse? I tried looking for the vapesafe fuse, but couldn't find it. Other than that... HCigar, Nitecore, 1 or 2 18650's from Mtbakervapor and a fuse if I find one...sound like a solid setup? Am I missing anything? :)

The mech is a better choice. An MVP uses higher frequency technology than pretty much any vv/vw pv excluding provari. You already have a great vv/vw device, and a vamo v5 would be a downgrade from what you have.

As far as how many batteries, I have 2 18650 mechs and 7 batteries to cycle and a 14500 mech and 4 batteries to cycle. I like knowing there is always a charged battery and that if I have a battery failure or issue that I have more. YMMV, but get at least one per device. I personally do not use a fuse, but I do not sub ohm or push limits. I also have proper meters for checking ohms, battery voltage etc to ensure that I am not jeopardizing anything. A fuse is still never a bad idea. Ever.

If you haven't maxed out the capabilities of the MVP yet, then I'd wait till every atomizer you used on it you always keep it at 11 watts. When you get to that point, then would be the time to consider possibly a dna30, or other high amp regulated, or look into mechanicals. Or get both and many. I use both in the daily rotation.

Considering what you already have, I'd say get a mech that will take a kick using the common 18650 batteries; one where you get replace the top part where the threading is.

the MVP is better than the Vamo, if you have the itch I would suggest the SvoeMesto Nivel (by the maker of the Kayfun) it is a vv/vw device, what sets it apart is a few things. Pro`s you can get different size front ends so the diameter matchs your atomizers and also the way the ends work is the pin is adjustable, you unscrew it put your atomizer on tight then screw the pin in till it`s tight then screw the whole assembly to the body. You will find that this set up will work on EVERY tank you have no more hit and misses on whether it will work or not. The tail cap also is fully adjustable so you`ll never have a problem with battery contact. 3-6 volts in .1 increments 3-10 watts in .2 increments then 10-15 in .5 increments. In the near future will be able to order a separate switch that will in effect convert it to a full mech mod. So there you have it one mod for everything, made in Germany, not China, or Taiwan. Hope that helps
