Need some help fixing an e-juice from Totally Wicked

I bought a 20ml bottle of Coffee from Totally Wicked's Titan line. The problem I'm having is I have reduced my nicotine strength and this e-juice is 18mg strength. I currently vape a couple 10mg and a couple 0.6mg flavors. The two 10mg flavors are coffee types and I was thinking I could mix it with the TW coffee flavor to reduce the harshness and throat hit. The other two are fruit mixes and I don't think they would go well together. I would like to bring the 18mg strength down to at least 10 if not 6. I would prefer to use what I have to fix this although I'll do what I have to so I can get this right. Any ideas, tips or suggestions?
