Need some help with what to get next

What model is the blu cig? I think its the same as the volcano? I was also looking at modern vapor.

I am looking for a kit with the pass thru in it for the time I spend at the computer, and I wanted a pcc to come in the kit.

Maybe the 902 from MV.

That tornado looks pretty wicked, but I don't think I am ready for something that involved yet.

I like the idea of being able to buy cartos and then filling them when they get weak.

I don't have a blu, but am planning on getting the 902 from MV when he gets more colors in. I have a lot of sidesho's, love them and a 510. I can't say enough good things about Tony from MV. Look at the reviews on here for anything you're planning on getting. People are really good about posting the good and the bad.

The only thing keeping me from the sidesho is they don't have a feed thru. I think that is what they call the usb deal. Otherwise it seems like people like them. Can you get cartomizers for them?

Blu is an L88B and I understand it is identical to the volcano. I started with the blu and was horribly disappointed with the tiny cartridges. I understand that many here have moved on to better PVs but keep their Blu for dipping/dripping. I use mine as a backup for my main gear (4075).

I received both my Bartelby's today and I'm sold. these things are great. Now I can actually VAPE my V4L juice. I liked my V4L kit it got me off analogs but barely with the recharging of the batteries. I think i just was to heavy a smoker for them. I want the 5 volt now lol.

A buddy of mine here at work has a Blu, I can screw my 510 atty right on to it and go like mad. I've borrowed his battery a couple times.

I started with a Blu & a Volcano, and actually am still using both (at least til my 902 gets here from Modern Vapor). I bought the Blu on impulse because I knew I'd need a PCC due to my busy lifestyle, then heard about all of their shipping woes. Then I found the Volcano 2 days later and ordered their starter kit as well. The Volcano made it to me 1 day before the Blu did (total time on the Blu was about 8 days but it was a long holiday weekend). I didn't mind the stock carts much as I had read enough on them that I shouldn't expect to get all of the stock juice out of the carts. I saved every cart so that I could start refilling them, and also ordered juice from a couple different outlets (Modern Vapor & E-Liquid Planet + one non-sponsoring site). Since I started refilling I've been much more pleased with the flavor and the amount of vapor coming out of both of the L88B's... Then tonight on my way home from class I picked up some of the marineland blue foam (rite-size U from PetCo) and now I am VERY impressed with the flavor and vapor.
For a first starter kit I don't think it's a bad idea to get a L88B model because they aren't intimidating to you, or to people around you where you vape. I do recommend some good juice and blue foam though if you want to get the most out of them.
I did smoke about a pack/pack and half a day... And once I got the first L88B I quit smoking analogs for good, without any problems (and that was with the carts that didn't do much). I'm sure in a few days once I get the 902 I'll be telling people to skip the L88B models and skip right over to Modern Vapor. Tony does have awesome customer service...

I did end up ordering the Tornado last night. After the way KentC talked about it and after doing a few more hours of wandering around this site, I thought it would be the best solution. I also watched some Youtube videos about it, and it just seems like you never hear anyone say its just OK. Everyone is blown away by it (pun intended)

It sounds like they have good juice too. I ordered a small bottle to start, and just to keep the $'s down didn't get the usb deal. I figure next time I can order a usb and a large bottle.

One more question.

I want to get down to 0mg Nic, does it still provide the throat hit? I am currently on 18mg and that is what I ordered as well. I was planning on stepping down each order. Input would be appreciated.

Appreciate the kind comments, doolie. You'll be pleased with your choice here and one of the factors in reducing nic level is more vapor and you'll be getting that with the Tornado. Even more with the 3.7v mods and the HV mods (although there's a trade off on the last two - which I've noted elsewhere). I dropped from 18 to @12mg with the mods and the Tornado. Seems the more vapor, the more nic absorption for me, to where I can put the things down for a while. And after vaping at 12, I could go to 6-8 easily at this point. Although I'm not looking to go to 0mg. Nicotine is an anti-inflamatory, anti-Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and helps with focus. It got a bad name from the freeloaders that hopped on it's back - tar and carbon monoxide But yeah, it's addictive and going to 0 can be a good plan.

And to answer your question - since 'throat hit' is really a result of nicotine and heat, at 0mg you have to simulate the throat hit - cut the VG/PG with some 151 Vodka/191 Everclear, flavor with menthol, cinnamon, curry, pepper, cayenne, ginger, any of that stuff that can stimulate the mucous membrane - pepper spray - kidding... There's a lot of threads here on that - search 'throat' - adding 'hit' doesn't help on this search engine.
