Need some help with Yogurt and Milk Chocolate

I'm looking to buy both of these concentrates but would like some input as to which company makes a better flavor. Also, what is the difference between Greek Yogurt and regular Yogurt? With the Milk Chocolate I'm wanting one that is smooth and milky like a chocolate milk, not heavy like a dark or real chocolate. Thanks for any help.
