Need some help

I've tried contacting David via email and PM. I've not received a response to either and it's been a couple of days. I placed an order last Wednesday for a couple of AW IMR 18650 batteries, and I have not received them yet. I just want to know the status of the order. I've placed orders in the past and received them within three days of placing the order. I've actually placed an order on a Saturday and received it the following Monday.

Has anyone heard anything from SuperT over the past several days? Are they on vacation or otherwise missing?

Good morning Bri1270,

Order placed Wednesday for 2 IMR 18650's, shipped Thursday via First class mail. Expect 2-4 business days for delivery, though for some reason, sometimes the good old post office can take a few extra days, so you should see them any time now. I hope they don't fall asleep like the air traffic controllers as of late ;-)

batteries arrived today. My only problem now is that I wish I had ordered a couple of the 18500's as well.
