Need some Help

Hi everyone

I have recently bought a lavatube, but realy dont know the best combination carto for them, any sugestions of what to buy would be a great help? i am not clued up on cartos so the name,ohms,dual coil, standard, size etc would help me a lot, and finaly where can i purchas these from the uk

I live in the US so vendors I am a bit shaky on but my brother has used Vape Escape.

The joy of a LavaTube is that it won't let you mess up. As a rough guideline a 3 ohm Boge or whatever will deal with 6 volt vaping and anything below. I tend to be between 5 - 5.5v with these.

2 ohm's and the sweet spot seems to be about 4.2 but you can push it to 5 volts but tends to get burnt in a hurry.

Boge are called standard size which are smaller than the Dual coils carto's. Dual Coils don't tend to play nicely with LavaTubes due to the protection inherent in the device so if you want a longer carto use a Smoktec.

The best way for you to learn is to play with the device. The above are kinda sorta guidelines that won't give you troubles but everyone seems to find their own preferences.

From what I've heard, it's best to use standard resistance (about 2.8-3.2ohms) cartomisers on it rather than LR's.

Johny, you may want to look at the UK specific forum on these boards or here.

Make no mistake ECF is a fantastic place for general knowledge but where to look specifically for what get's a bit vague outside of the US at times.
