Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to find a good supplier to purchase a small order of 6" x 6" or 12" x 12" sheet of 325x325 stainless steel mesh so that I can roll my own wicks. Does anyone know a good supplier that offers small orders at a fair price? Honestly, I'm not sure what is a fair price for steel mesh.

I see Amazon has 12"x12" for $29, but I dont want to order anything without asking the pros first. I'm not sure of the correct percentage of 'open area' that's best. Your advice will help me a lot.

I'd like to ask where the vets (or advanced users) go to get their repairable atomizer supplies?

If you have a link, that would be great! Thanks for the help!

My atty is a Bulli-Smoker A2-TM and I'm trying to make a Genesis Style wick for it. If anyone know of a good video that shows this syle being made, that would be cool too! I have to get my mesh first.

I got my 400 stailnless mesh online at McMaster-Carr.

I just made my first successfull wick for a CE5+ rebuildable clearomizer after two failed attempts and I am extreemely happy with the results. No burnt taste, just a clean smooth vape. I had to roll it very thin, with 4 loops of 34ga nichrome wire which I also got from McMaster-Carr.

The trick is that you need to test the coil prior to assembly, fire it with a drop of juice and loosen the coils a little so they dont short against the stainless or adjacent loops, even though I properly tarnished/quenched the wick in a flame. Its producing massive vapor on the lowest 3.4v setting of my variable voltage battery.
