Hey all, I'm just looking for some advice dealing with vaping at work. I have noticed lately that I am asking people if they are ready to go out and smoke ( while I vape lol ) a little too often. Smokers usually go out and smoke one or 2 cigarettes every couple hours and do fine and I'm in a nic fit shortly after getting back inside :?:.

I don't want to be that guy that is outside more than he works, any suggestions? I current have a sb using a 3.7v battery and cartos with 24mg juice. I think the problem may be that I am a chain vapor on my days off and my body is accustomed to having nic all the time :vapor:. Whats my best bet for getting rid of the non stop urges at work?

Increase nic in juice?
vape at 6v?
nic patches and gum? lol

do you work at a computer? can you use a USB passthru?

is there something keeping you from vaping at your workstation? if someone asks you what that vapor cloud is, just tell them you're really cold so they can see your breath. or just tell them that your productivity increases when you don't have to stop to take breaks.

how 'bout a good ol' fashioned lollipop? maybe you should be vaping lower or zero nic on the weekends, so during the week you're not fiending.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I think I'll try to vape 12-18mg at home when I'm chain vaping. At work I'm gonna try to vape 24mg juice @6v for smoke breaks and 24mg with lr 510/306 on an eGo for stealth vaping. I'm gonna aim for 2 smoke breaks for a 13 hour shift and stealth vape only as needed.

Also add bathroom breaks. Also if the water cooler / kitchen is out of the way, you can pretend to top up your coffee and stealth vape there too.

Or vape less of course.

I only vape before an after work, but I also only smoked when I got home from work anyway, so different for me I guess, more of a habbit than needing a chem fix.
