Need to upgrade an order!

I ordered the Precise 10 (Order #5016) but have come to realize that I don't want to juggle the batteries as much as it would require, so if it is possible I would like to upgrade to the Precise 16 and be charged the difference. I sent a PM, but was unsure that it actually went through. If you could help me out, that would be awesome.
