Need urgent help

I have a eleaf I just 2 and tried to rebuild it, now when I try to fire it it blinks 5 times, how do I fix it?

It's either not making contact, or you built it below the value it will fire.

I googled the issue and found a couple responses. "battery needs changed" "coil ohm too low" The manual should have a section to tell you what the blinking lights mean.

I saw it comes with a double coil measured at .3 ohms, best guess would be above that.

did you rebuild it using kanthal? most other wire will have a lower resistance than A-!

My guess based all that thoroughly detailed account is:

You probably just wrapped some random thick conducting wire instead of resistance wire and ended up with a coil of just about no resistance.

10 slow then 10 fast; that sounds to me like the battery needs recharge. I'm just guessing.

I had a similar situation and it was simply that the batter contact point had some gunk on it, so it wasn't charging. I took the end of a paper clip and scraped the gunk off the head of the battery and then it charged up just fine.

Could it be a short? Check your coil isn't touching the deck or walls
