Need veteran modder help

I am looking at putting together my first mod box, and I was hoping someone would look over the two main pieces before I pulled the trigger and ordered them.

DC DC Blue High Efficiency Variable Power Supply Kit with Voltage Display 2A Out | eBay

and

Plastic Battery Storage Case Box for 18650 Black EE4065 | eBay

With a horn switch between the voltage out on the battery box and the "voltage in" on the board. The voltage out of the board will feed straight into a 510 atomizer. I haven't messed with electronics in 15 years so I thought I would ask for help.

I am worried that the amps may be a bit too much for this little circuit to handle, but I don't know enough to be sure.

Personally I think this is a better deal, especially for a first one. Once you get the basics you can change all you want. (that is my plan anyway, I ordered a soldering station and multimeter last night)
