The only way I can make it work is if I use a 510 tank with a "moveable" pin and pull it out closer to the mod pin.
Other than that, every other tank I'm using with a fixed pin doesn't work at all.

I tried taking apart the firing head (the button) but it still wasn't clear for me how to fix it...

If it can't be done, is there a way to take out a little bit, the pin on the Igo-W3 rda ?

I know this thread is really big but I found my answer to that same question here:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/apv-discussion/508666-poldiac-clone.html

It is a long thread, but I just skimmed until I came to posts addressing my problem.

Your Poldiac clone has an adjustable 510 pin, it is a two part pin, the wider part screwing down into the black plastic of the switch housing with the small pin on top being adjustable. I did put a small o-ring under the top pin to keep it from moving when screwing on the topper though and since I read through the thread and applied a few of the "fixes" there, my Poldiac Clone with the Kraken looks and works amazingly.

Hope this helps. :)

I spoke too soon, today the fire button stopped working completely (after acting weird and required too much pressure in the last few days).

Wonder if the little magnet on the back of the switch came loose. There were posts in that thread about those who had glued it back on.

Here's a picture of the switch pin showing the little magnet on the back of it.
