I don't know of any like you describe, but that doesn't mean they're not out there - I've just never looked for juice like that. However, if you can't find a good vanilla clove juice 'ready made' from anyone, you can go to Mt. Baker Vapor or EC Blends and create your own.
You will need at least a 2 week steep time if you purchase from those vendors so you may want to keep that in mind when you get your order, especially if you're 'creating' your vape.
